This couple had water issues in their garage. They wanted this problem taken care of right away. We installed our SuperSump, along with the TrenchDrain System. They no longer have a water problem in the garage thanks to ITG.
This crawlspace defiantly needed some TLC. The homeowners called ITG and we went out and took care of that for them! We encapsulated it using our CleanSpace system, and also sprayed for mold.

Arlene E. from Dallastown, PA had found herself with a serious foundation problem. The foundation of a garage addition was giving way to soil pressures from directly below the garage floor. The pressure caused a split at the corner of the foundation wall. Arlene contacted certified inspector Steve Reher with I'm The Guy Basement Systems to come out and assess the damaged areas. Scott found that Carbon Armor strips would be a great repair to help bond the cement blocks together and keep them from separating further.
Crew Foreman Rockey Felmey surfaced prepped the areas where the new Carbon Armor straps were to be applied with a concrete grinder. Once prepped, the Carbon Armor was applied to the foundation wall with a special two-part epoxy resin to bind the foundation to the Carbon Armor. The walls are now safely secured and warranted for the lifetime of the structure to Arlene.
Linda E. had some major cracking visible in her block foundation walls. She also had cracks developing in her drywall, and some of her windows began to stick when opening and closing. Linda found an ad for ITG Basement Systems in a Val Pac magazine and called in. Inspector Phil Williams came out to meet with Linda and inspect the cracks. Phil found that the soils below Linda's foundation walls were failing, causing a drop in her foundaton walls. Phil let Linda know that everything could be remedied with a product called push piers. Phil explained how ITG's Crew would fasten and install steel brackets unerneath her foundation and hydraulicaly drive sections of steel tubing into the earth until the steel began to act like a stilt for the house to stand on. Linda decided this would be a good viable option for her and ITG began the project immediately. Foreman Brin Long conducted the installation around the house which included twelve of the Foundation Supportworks Push Piers which were driven and then lifted to help close up the cracks. Upon completion of the project the worksite was cleaned up, soils were releveled and Linda's home was permanently stabalized.
