A 6 inch piece of plastic film is placed over the top of the WaterGuard prior to pouring the new concrete. This keeps the new concrete from sinking down into the stone before the concrete dries.
WaterGuard installs along perimeter walls to remove any water from the home via the sump pump system.
Our PowerBrace system is custom-fit to each individual basement height for maximum performance. Zinc-plated steel beams are secured to the floor joists with brackets.
The bottoms of the beams are then anchored to the basement floor. Over time, this can potentially reverse the wall failure in the home.
