A heaving concrete block wall in their basement kept the owners of this Waynesboro, PA home up at night. They decided to call I'm The Guy Basement Systems to come out and solve the problem.
System Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, arrived at the home and immediately went to diagnose the problem. He determined that our Wall Anchor system would stabilize the wall. With plans set, the crew headed to the home to begin the project.
The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System permanently stabilized this homes foundation walls. Heavy-duty earth anchors were embedded in stable soil away from the foundation and then connected to steel wall plates with long, galvanized rods. The anchors were then tightened to hold the wall in place and could potentially straighten the wall over time.
The owners are able to sleep easy knowing their foundation is stable once again.
The homeowners of this property in Mechanicsburg had water intrusion in their finished basement. The water caused so much damage they had to rip up almost all of their finishing. They knew something had to be put in place before re-finishing, so they called ITG Basement Systems for a free estimate.
Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, showed up at the property to assess the situation. He carefully looked everything over and knew exactly what the home needed to get dry once and for all. He concluded that a SuoerSump, Waterguard and a Trench drain would solve these homeowners problems.
The crew arrived to start the project. We installed our Patented SuperSump pumping system thatcan pump out up 2,650 gallons of water an hour smoothly and quietly. It's heavy duty cast iron resists clogging and can pump up to 1/2" of solids. It comes with a WaterWatch Alarm for a protection against pump failure. The lid is airtight and will not crack or bend, even capable of holding stored items on top. The WaterGuard works with the pumping system to channel water out of the house and away from the foundation.
The homeowners were happy with the results and now ready to start their re-finishing project.
This basement had a mold and severe dampness problem. ITG went in and took care of both of these homeowner's problems!
When you have water coming in through a doorway, just having the normal waterproofing system will not stop that issue. ITG installed our TrenchDrain along with the Waterguard system. By adding the trench, it will catch the water coming under the door, and direct it to the waterguard system.
This homeowner knew he had a moisture problem occuring in his crawlspace. He was interested in getting that problem corrected, as well as getting the crawlspace encapsulated. ITG installed our CleanSpace System and our SaniDry Systems to control his moisture and prevent any other water from entering the crawlspace.
This homeowner in Altoona, PA had been noticing his wall in the basement getting progressively worse over the years. He started to get worried about the integrety of his home. The owner decided to give ITG Basement Systems a call to come out and take a look at the situation.
The Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks showed up at the Altoona home to investigate this issue. Shawn carefully observed the walls from inside and out and concluded the Patented GeoLock Wall Anchor system would be the best solution for the walls. he put the plans in place and drew up the blueprints for the project.
The installation team arrived on site to start the project. The GeoLock Wall Anchor system was the best choice for this bowing wall to permanently stabilize and secure the foundation. The heavy duty earth anchors are embedded in stable soil away from the foundation wall, and are connected to steel plates with galvanized rods. This ensures no further movement will ever take place again. The home owners are stoked to have their property stabilized and now have peace of mind that the home is safe and secure.
The homeowner's floor was uneven and dirt. We poured a new concrete floor.
This crawlspace in Kempton, PA was a typical nasty crawlspace. For years the home owner dealt with the moisture and musty smells and didn't think much could be done for a crawlspace. But then she saw our TV commercial and gave ITG a call to see what her options were.
Our Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, arrived at the residence to investigate the problem. After carefully looking over the foundation inside and outside the crawlspace, Shawn knew exactly what this home needed to correct this issue. Shawn concluded that our CleanSpace encapsulation system with a SmartSump crawlspace pump and Sani Dry Sedona was the perfectly tailored system for this crawlspace. He drew up the project plans and got them over to production for the installation.
The CleanSpace is the best solution for a nasty crawlspace. It is made of heavy 20 mil-thick-liner, much like a pool liner. It is a blend of high density polyethylene for puncture, low density polyethylene for flexibility, and is tear resistant. Its beautiful white appearance will brighten up the crawlspace and keeps it free of mold. The SmartSump pump is made of cast iron with a durable, uniquely designed lid to alarm of any pipe leaks. The pump channels water out an airtight floor drain that allows water flow out but blocks moisture from coming back up. The Sani Dry Sedona is the perfect addition to the system. The Sedona is a dehumidifier that is energy star rated. It drains automatically and is small enough to fit perfectly in a crawlspace. The Sedona is full ductable so it does not have to be located in the space you are drying.
The Home owner loves her new crawlspace and looks forward to lower energy bills, warmer floors, and a fresh smelling home from now on.

We installed a Super Sump Pump, 1/3 hp Zoeller pump, to this home in Lock Haven, PA. The customer needed a reliable solution to keep the water of their basement.

This badly bowed wall was repaired with Foundation Supportworks PowerBrace I-beam system.
The owners of this White Haven home had a nasty crawlspace problem. They realized it with the damp musty odors and losing heat through the floors. They were ready to do something about it when they saw the ITG commercial on TV. They called and requested a free inspection and was set up with an appointment.
Our Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, came out to take a look into the crawlspace. After evaluating the inside and outside of the foundation, Shawn concluded that an encapsulation of the crawlspace would be the ideal solution for the problem. He drew up the project details and the crew was sent on their way.
The encapsulation was done with our patented CleanSpace system. It is a heavy pool like material that is manufactured in 7 layers. It is both a blend of high and low density that is puncture resistant yet still flexible. The cleanSpace is bright in appearance, and is manufactured with antimicrobial additive molded right to the material creating a more attractive and healthier environment for the entire home. The home owners were thrilled to have the new system in place and could not wait to refer ITG to friends.

Our Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, arrived at the home for the initial free inspection. Shawn carefully evaluated the foundation and come up the a solution perfect for the home. He concluded that the patented SuperSump pump with the WaterGuard and BrightWall was the ideal system for the issues in this home. The homeowners were excited to get the project started to end this headache for good. The crew received the project instructions and headed to the home for installation.
The SuperSump is a high-end cast iron pump with capability of pumping 2,650 gallons of water an hour. It resists clogging and has a durable lid that doubles as storage as its sits flush with the foundation floor. The WaterGuard piping system intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and drains away seamlessly. Meanwhile, the BrightWall wall system is 100% waterproof that will never rot or discolor and connects into the WaterGuard allowing water to channel down into drain and out of home. BrightWall is clean and bright and will make the basement appear much brighter.
These homewoners wanted a nice vacation home. When they purchased this home, I don't think they expected what they had found in the crawlspace. The crawlspace was damp and disgusting! They wanted something done to get rid of this issue. We went and installed some of our CleanSpace and got rid of their mold issue.
This tenant was worried about the water entering their basement through the doorway. We went out and installed a Trench Drain! A Trench Drain is specifically designed to intercept water at doorways and similar openings that direct the water ti the sump pump. This is normally flush or a little below the surface and catches the water as it enters from the outside.
A sinking foundation in this Clark's Summit, PA was causing the homeowners a great deal of worry, so they called up I'm The Guy Basement Systems to solve their problem.
System Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks, arrived at the home to assess the situation. He determined that Push Piers would be the best solution to stabilize the sinking foundation and potentially lift the home. With the outline in place, our crew arrived at the home to begin the work.
Steel tube sections were driven through steel foundation brackets to reach competent load-bearing bedrock. The weight of the home was then transferred from the unstable soil it had been resting on, to the stability of the bedrock, thus, preventing further sinking.
After the installation, the homeowners were relieved that the Push Pier system had stabilized the foundation of their home.
The homeowners of this Troy, PA home were concerned about their concrete block wall bowing, and were looking for a solution to stabilize the wall and to keep the problem from getting any worse. They contacted ITG Basement Systems to come out and diagnose their problem.
Our design specialist, Shawn Hedricks, came to the home to evaluate the situation. He determined that our Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System would help not only with the stabilization of the wall, but also with preventing any further movement. Taking Shawn's plan, Zak Pursell and his production crew headed to the home to begin the project.
Wall Anchors were installed to the basement to strengthen the walls and stop any further movement. In many cases, the wall anchors can straighten the wall back toward its original position. Once the job was completed, the homeowners were thrilled with the way the walls looked and that their home was structurally sound again.
The homeowners of this home in Peckville were growing very concerned with the bowed walls in the basement. They feared if they did not do something fast it was going to cost them their entire home in itself. After doing some research the homeowners called ITG Basement Systems to help find some answers.
When Systems Design Specialist, Shawn Hedricks arrived, he quickly got to work assessing the foundation carefully and taking notes. After inspecting the foundation from the inside and out, Shawn sat down with the homeowners to discuss the solution. After analysing everything Shawn came up with a game plan to save this family's foundation and home, The GeoLock Wall Anchor System was the best solution for the home.
The crew arrived and got to work immediatley on the project. The Wall Anchor system will permanently stabilize the foundation wall and in many caes can straiighten the wall back toward its original position. Once tightened, the anchprs will hold the wall in place securely in its current position. You can tighten the anchors during drier seasons which can improve the wall over time. The homeowners were estatic about the new system and instantly felt safe and secure with the structure of the home once and for all.
This particular home already had a dehumidification system. Unfortunately, it was not doing its job. The homeowners decided they needed a better and more efficient system. They called ITG and we had exactly what they were looking for. We installed CleanSpace and SaniDry CX Dehumidification System.
