When you have to continue repairing the same issue every six months like these homeowners did, you know you have a serious issue. ITG went out and discovered that their foundation was pushing in causing the foundation cracks to keep happening, even after they had them fixed. We installed our Push Pier system. This system will permanently stabilize your home's foundation.
This homeowner travels for work, so he isn't home much to check on every little detail. However, when he came home this time, he noticed that his foundation was starting to crack. He knew this was a serious problem and wanted to get it taken care of as fast as possible. ITG went and installed our Push Pier System. This system is installed under the foundation walls to stop settling and restore the proper level.
ITG Basement Systems was hired to waterproof this basement, and to replace the rusted and deteriorated basement entrance door.
These homeowners knew that they had a foundation issue, but didn't want to deal with it. Their son referred them to ITG and we let them know how the foundation can affect the whole home. ITG went out and took care of their horrible issue, and the homeowners couldn't be more happy.
The owners of this home in Dallas, PA were growing concerned with the integrity of the foundation in their sunroom. The floor and wall were starting to separate and pull away from each other and they knew it was only going to get worse over time. The homeowners had used ITG before on other projects and knew we could handle the job, so they gave us a call.
We sent Systems Design Specialist, Steve Rehrer, out to investigate the problem for them. After carefully looking over the foundation from the inside and outside, Steve determined that 4 slab piers was the solution to this settlement issue. Steve drew up the job details and got them over to the production department. With job orders in hand, ITG sent their piering crew out to start the project.
The Patented Slab Pier System is the best way to repair and secure your concrete floor slabs. They are hydraulically driven through a heavy duty slab bracket to reach load bearing soil. It is designed to potentially lift the slab and non load bearing walls that may have settled along with the slab. This will stabilize and permanently protect the foundation against any further settlement. The homeowners were more than thrilled to have their sunroom back to normal and able to be enjoyed for years to come.
A rear wall of this ranch home was bowing heavily from lateral soil pressure. The inspector chose Carbon Armor strips as a solid fix for the moving wall. Crew Foreman Brian Long had the installation completed in one day, permanently bracing the wall.
The foundation of this home was starting to settle and cracks started to become noticeable. The owners wanted to get things evaluated and fixed beforet the problem got any worse then it already was. ITG installed our PowerBrace System to help stabilize the foundation wall.
