This homeowner had a water problem in his yard. We went in and installed a french drain for the outside. We first dug the trench where the discharge was going to be placed. Then the product was placed in the trench and covered up. When the grass grows again, there will be no sign of the work that was done!
The owners of this Selinsgrove, PA home were getting tired of water intrusion in their basement when there was a hard rain, so they called I'm The Guy Basement Systems to remedy the problem.
Our Systems Design Specialist, Brian Long, quickly arrived at the home to inspect the condition of the basement. Brian concluded that WaterGuard, our sub-floor piping system, and a SuperSump would take care of their problem. With blueprints in hand, the I'm The Guy crew headed to the property to begin the installation.
WaterGuard was installed along the base of the foundation wall and will channel water into the SuperSump, which will eject any water out of the basement through discharge lines on the exterior of the home, moving it far away from the home's foundation. The airtight lid on the SuperSump not only sits flush with the floor, but is sturdy enough to store things on top of, so no space is lost. The owners were very pleased with their new dry basement.
These homeowners wanted to make sure that they took care of the moisture problem in their crawlspace before it got worse. ITG installed our CleanSpace system and encapsulated the entire area.
The owners of this home started noticing some bowing in the middle of their basement wall. They wanted to get this issue fixed before it got any worse. ITG assessed the problem and knew our Carbon Fiber Strips would be perfect fix for this. Carbon Fiber is a good repair option if the wall is bowing in the middle and hasn't started to slide in at the bottom or top.
The homeowners of this home were concerned with the water problem that has gotten noticebly worse over the past year. They decided to call ITG for a permanent solution to end this nightmare for good. Our Systems Design Specialist Brian Long arrived quickly on the scene to assess the problem. After discussing the situation, the homeowners hired ITG to install the system recommended by Brian.
Our ITG crew arrived on site ready to give the homeowners peace of mind and quickly got to work. With our patented Waterguard system combined with a Supersump was the best solution for this problem.
Waterguard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation wall and will channel water in to the Supersump, which will move any water out and away from foundation through discharge lines. The airtight lid on the Supersump ensures the pump stays clean and nothing will fall into sump hole. Also, it allows little storage space lost for you can store items on top of Supersump's durable lid.
The owners of this home in Hughesville had been dealing with water in the basement for a few weeks now. With only owning the home for 2 years, not having much history, the homeowners did not want to take any chances on having major problems later, went online and found ITG. They decided to give us a call to help find a solution for them.
ITG sent out our Systems Design Specialist, Brian Long, to access and diagnose the problem. Brian evaluated the home's foundation inside and outside, and came up with a perfect solution for this issue they were having. Brian proposed that the TripleSafe Sump Pump System with adequete discharge, will fix this problem once and for all.
The ITG crew showed up with instructions in hand ready to get to work. The crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which a powerhouse of a machine for pumping water. The TripleSafe is a combination of 3 units in 1 system. The main pump is 1/3 horsepower pump that does majority of the work, is efficient and runs smoothly and quietly. The 2nd pump is the 1/2 horsepower, that is in place for 2 reasons, to become operational if pump 1 fails or if it cannot keep up with a heavy flow of water. These 2 pumps working together can remove up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour, with the bigger pump giving that "extra boost" needed to complete the job. The 3rd pump is the battery back up system, that is DC operated if you ever have power failure. This pump will automatically kick on if there was a loss of power, immediatley pumping out any water necassary.
The project is now complete, looks beautiful with the smooth design of pump installed with crock. The crock lid sits flush with the floor of the basement and can be used as storage space, for the lid is airtight and extremely durable. Seals tigh so no debris, bugs, or objects can fall in. The homeowners are ecstatic about the new system in place and feel much more secure with it in place.
