The bowing foundation walls in this Duncannon, PA home began to worry the homeowners, so they gave I'm The Guy Basement Systems a call to come out and solve the problem.
System Design Specialist, Jason Dye, quickly arrived at the home to diagnose the problem. He concluded that the basement would require Carbon Armor Strips and ArmorLock Brackets to stabilize the walls.
With plan in hand, the crew headed to the home to begin the project. Carbon Armor Strips were installed to the walls in the basement, immediately stabilizing the walls and permanently protecting against any further inward movement. CarbonArmor Strips use fiber-reinforced polymers, which are ten times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tight against the basement walls. The ArmorLock Brackets bind and secure the Strips to the floor joists, making the CarbonArmor Strips and ArmorLock brackets a non-invasive, quick, and ideal way of stabilizing bowing or leaning walls.
The homeowners were extremely happy that their worries about the integrity of their foundation had been put to rest now that I'm The Guy Basement Systems had taken care of the problem.

ITG sent Systems Design Specialist, Jason Dye, to evaluate the situation. Jason carefully combed over the entire foundation on the inside and well as the outside. To much of the church's surprise, the ITG crew was able to complete the project in just one day so they could get back to business. The patented SuperSump pump system is a high end 1/3 hp cast iron pump with a mechanical float switch. It can pump 2,650 gallons per hour smoothly away from your foundation. The lid is airtight to ensure no debris falls into the pit and sits flush with the foundation floor to double up as storage space. We sent our Systems Design Specialist, Jason Dye, out to investigate the problem. After carefully evaluating the home's foundation thoroughly, he concluded that our patented TripleSafe sump pump system with Waterguard was the perfect solution to this water problem. Jason drew up the specs for the project and the team was off to remedy this issue for good.
The patented TripleSafe sump pump system has three pumps to give you complete protection. If there is pump failure in the first pump, the second pump immediately takes over. If pump cannot keep up, pump two will kick on to double the capacity. While if there is a loss of power, pump three will come into play and handle the job. This automatic pumping system works beautifully with the WaterGuard piping system, which is designed to channel the water out of the basement into pump and discharged out seamlessly and efficiently. The hoe owners were ecstatic about the new upgrade to their home and feel much more at ease knowing their basement will now be dry!
