Rob came to the ITG Team as a Systems Design Specialist. He was trained by both Foundation Supportworks and Basement Systems International and has receieved numerous certifications from both. Rob provides estimates for both residential and commercial properties. He has been around construction most of his life and likes the working environment here at ITG. In his spare time he likes to do 3D modeling for a gaming company.
The owners of this crawlspace in Gettysburg, were having some issues with moisture and energy loss to their home. The insulation was falling down and the monthly energy bill was getting out of control. The owners saw our ad in the paper that we fix nasty crawlspaces, and decided to give us a call.
ITG sent Systems Design Specialist, Rob Whary, out to evaluate the issues in the crawlspace. After Rob carefully looked over the entire crawlspace and outside foundation walls, he had the perfect solution to this issue. Rob proposed that our Patented CleanSpace with SilverGlo was just what this nasty crawlspace needed.
CleanSpace is a part of a healthy crawlspace and Healthy home strategy, and combined with other products such as SilverGlo is ideal for climate control. The CleanSpace is a heavy pool like liner made of both high density and low density for puncture resistance and flexibility. It is a beautiful bright white finish that brightens up the crawlspace and allows for easy visibility and keeps space free of mold, insects and dirt. In combination, the patented SilverGlo insulates the walls of the crawlspace. It is a polystyrene insulation with graphite infused into it. These particles reflect heat and lowers conductivity. This enables the floors above the crawl much warmer in the winter, and reduces your heating bill. The homeowners love their new crawlspace and are looking forward to paying less in heating costs.
The Home owners had a water problem in the basement they knew they wanted to get corrected. It was becoming more of a nuisance than anyone anticipated. Whenever it rained heavily, there basement was taking on water. So they starting looking around online and that's when they found ITG Basement Systems. An appointment was set up for a free evaluation of the property with one quick phone call.
Systems Design Specailist, Rob Whary, arrived to evaluate the home. He looked it over inside and outside and came to a conclusion. This home needed a SuperSump pumping system, with our Brightwall and WaterGuard channel system working all together for a dry basement solution.
The SuperSump pumping system is a high end cast iron pump designed to pump up to 2,650 gallons an hour, all while operating quietly and efficiently. It is resistant to any type of clogging and can even pump out 1/2 inch solids. The pump has a durable lid that sits flush with the floor that doubles up in storage space as it is airtight to ensure no debris , bugs or objects fall inside. The lid has an alarm down in that will alarm with enough warning to address any problems. The BrightWall System is a beautiful white paneling applied to the walls and hooks in to the Waterguard channel system to ensure water flow directly to pump and discharged seemlessly.
The Home owners were very satisfied with the system now in place in their home. They are now ready for the heavy rain and no longer have to worry about their home and foundation.
These homeowners were looking to build an addition onto their home and they wanted to kick this water problem to the curb before they did that. We took care of their problem by installing a SaniDry Dehumidifier, a SuperSump pump and our Waterguard system. They no longer have to worry about having any water problems in their new addition!
The homeowners knew that they had a crack or two in their walls, but they had no idea the problems went beyond there. When ITG went out to assess the situation, they also found they had a horrible foundation issue as well. We then installed our Wall Anchor System to help take care of their serious foundation problem.
These homeowners knew that the issue that was in their crawlspace to spread farther then it currently was, so they decided to catch it before it got worse. ITG went out and knew the best choice for their situation was CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a bright white crawlspace liner that installs right on the walls and floors preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through.
The basement of this home needed some serious support. One wall was bowing and it was very noticeable. We installed six PowerBraces to support it, stop the bowing, and potentially straighten it back out.
In this basement, they had a horrible water issue. In order to help these homeowners, ITG knew that they needed a waterproofing system! We installed our SuperSump, along with our Trench Drain along the base of the basement wall. Both of these products work together in order to keep this basement dry. The homeowners can now relax, and not worry about any water problems in their basement.
Encapsulating a CrawlSpace has many positive aspects. We use a CleanSpace System, this helps by keeping your crawl space dry, and protecting your structure and insulation from mold and rot. Also, when you seal your crawl space, you keep the summer heat out of your home and the winter cold away from your furnace, water heater, and other utilities.
The home owners of this State College residence had been dealing with a water problem in the finished basement for quite some time. They were ready to take care of it. After doing some research the owners came across ITG and decided to give us a call.
ITG sent out Systems Design Specialist, Rob Whary, to evaluate the problem. Rob combed over the entire basement and outside of property, then came up with a perfect solution for the home owners. The home already had a finished basement. The water had been coming in and ruining the carpet and drywall repeatedily. Rob proposed that the home owners go with a unique system tailored to their home that would keep the basement dry and still be use-able and beautiful. He suggested ITG install a Supersump with a battery back up unit, Everlast basement windows, and finish it off with Thermal dry plank flooring and basement to beautiful wall panels. After reviewing their options, the home owners went with what Rob suggested and set up a date.
The crew arrived and quickly got to work. The project was fairly detailed yet ran very smooth and was complete in just a few short days. We installed a Supersump sump pump made from cast iron and can pump 2,650 gallons an hour out of the home. The lid is airtight and sits flush with the ground, sturdy enough to store things on top, and stays sealed so no debris, bugs or dirt can fall in the crock of the pump. We installed an Ultra sump battery back up unit to work in conjunction with the Supersump. If ever a power outage, the home owners can feel safe and secure knowing the Ultrasump will kick on automatically and can pump 12,000 total gallons out on a fully charged battery. After changing the old windows out with the Everlast windows, the home owners now can slide the new windows open to let a fresh breeze in on nice days and they will never rot, rust, or be eaten by termites. ITG also installed wall panels to the walls and Elite plank flooring to the floor. The flooring is a nice finish to any project where you want to have the area as a living space. The floor planks are interlocking tiles with raised pegs to suspend the away from damp or cold surfaces. If ever a leak, the planks can be easily removed without destroying them and may be re-laid. And since wood should never be installed in a basement, these are perfect for this type of environment. The home owners are completely satisfied with the completed project and anticipate years of enjoyment out of their newly renovated basement.
The owner of this Lock Haven home had been dealing with a water problem in her basement for many years after each hard rain. She grew tired of the constant clean up required for this issue. So after seeing a commercial on TV for ITG Basement Systems, she decided to give us a call.
ITG sent our Systems Design Specialist, Rob Whary, to investigate the problem. After careful observation of the foundation, Rob knew exactly what this home needed to solve these water issues. He concluded that the patented SuperSump with WaterGuard non-clogging system was the way to go.
The SuperSump pump system has an airtight lid, pump vibration rings, and a WaterWatch alarm, which keeps out debris and allows for storage on top of durable lid that sits flush with floor. The WaterGuard is a piping system engineered to solve water issues without clogging from soils under the floor. It intercepts water at the perimeter and drains seamlessly away from the foundation. The homeowner was very satisfied with the completed project and now has peace of mind with her home.
This rental property was dark and the owners wanted to brighten everything up. ITG installed our BrightWall panels and were able to attach them to the walls and made it brighter and whiter!
The owners of this home in Nazareth have had an ongoing issue with ground water coming in to the basement. With their current "typical" sump pump from any hardware store, it was not doing a good job at managing the water. The homeowners knew they needed a better solution to their problem. After seeing our ITG ad in the local newspaper, the homeowners gave us a call for an appointment with one of our experts.
Our Systems Design Specialist, Rob Whary, was called in to evaluate the situation. After close obervation of the area, Rob knew just what was needed to correct this headache for the homeowners. Rob recommended the home needed a new sump pump, one of our Patented Super Sump pumps, as well as an Ultra Sump battery back-up system.
These 2 units combined in a system is more protection for your home than you can even imagine. The SuperSump pumping system is a state of the art system designed to pump 2,650 gallons of water out per hour! All this while running smoothly and quietly so as not to interfere with your relaxing evenings at home. The pump resists clogging and can also pump out up to 1/2 of solid material, discharging safely away from home. The airtight lid sits flush with your floor to double as storage space as well as protect the pump from any bugs and debris getting in. The Ultra Sump is the "Ultimate" in protecting your home as when the power goes out, the battery back-up system will automatically turn on and operate your pump system, continuing to discharge water away from your home's foundation. These homeowners love the security of have this new system in place and were grateful to have the completed work done in such a timely manner.

CleanSpace is a heavy duty liner to encapsulate the crawlspace. The CleanSpace is puncture resistant, yet still flexible. It has a beautiful bright white finish that allows easy visibility and improves appearance of the crawlspcae. Our Design Specialist, Rob Whary, quickly came out to do a thorough inspection of their foundation. He deduced that the basement would need our WaterGuard drainage system, an UltraSump III Sump Pump with a battery backup, and our CleanSpace Liner. With all the plans drawn up, Jeff Sodrick and his production crew arrived at the home to start the project.
The WaterGuard System was installed to route the water into the UltraSump, then through the discharge line and out of the basement. They then cover the wall with our CleanSpace Liner to brighten up their basement. The bright white color reflects readily available light without adding more electric powered sources and turns a previously ugly wall into a visually pleasing one.
